Sorbet à la Banane

Un Sorbet vraiment excellent et de nouveau très simple à faire et qui reste moelleux même après un certain temps au congélateur. A essayer!!

Recette pour 1 litre de « sorbet à la banane »:

Instructions
 

  • Mettre les bananes bien mûres dans le blender.
  • Ajouter le jus de citron et le sirop de canne à sucre.
  • Bien mixer le tout pendant une minute.
  • Mettre le tout en turbine à glace (ou la sorbetière que l’on a!).
  • Mettre en pot dès la sortie de la machine!

A really excellent Sorbet and again very simple to make and remains soft even after some time in the freezer. To try!!
 

Recipe for 1 liter of “banana sorbet”:

 
-500g of peeled bananas
-300g of sugar cane syrup
-juice of one lemon
 
 
Put the ripe bananas in the blender.
 
 
Add lemon juice and sugar cane syrup.
 
 
 
Mix well for one minute.
 
 
Put everything in an ice cream maker (or the ice cream maker that we have!).
 
 
Put in a pot right out of the machine!
