Attention, very very good and very very easy to do! In less than 10 minutes, everything is done and almost ready to eat. Why almost? Because I prefer to put them in a cool place to firm them up a bit. These little chocolate oatmeal balls come from Sweden and require no baking. So yes, it’s rich, and just a little dumpling will be enough for a snack, but at least you’ll fill up quickly! It’s totally decadent, delicious, addictive and regressive. Yummy! 

For 15 dumplings:
  • 190g of oatmeal
  • 110g of soft butter
  • 100g of sugar
  • 25g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2g of soluble coffee in fine powder
  • 15g of water
  • 3g of liquid vanilla
  • dried grated coconut 

Place the butter, sugar, cocoa and coffee in a container. 

Pour in the oatmeal.

Mix well to obtain a homogeneous paste. Pour in the liquid vanilla and water. Mix again.

Make balls of 30 to 40g (I made 40 for all) and put them in the coconut.

Drive again.

Do the same for all the dough. That’s all ! Keep them in a cool, airtight box. When you want to eat them, take them out of the refrigerator at least 15 minutes before.
