- 190g of oatmeal
- 110g of soft butter
- 100g of sugar
- 25g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2g of soluble coffee in fine powder
- 15g of water
- 3g of liquid vanilla
- dried grated coconut
Pour in the oatmeal.
Mix well to obtain a homogeneous paste. Pour in the liquid vanilla and water. Mix again.
Make balls of 30 to 40g (I made 40 for all) and put them in the coconut.
Drive again.
Do the same for all the dough. That’s all ! Keep them in a cool, airtight box. When you want to eat them, take them out of the refrigerator at least 15 minutes before.
