Blood orange pie

A lovely seasonal blood orange pie with supremes for decoration. I add a little lime juice and a few raspberries to my cream to spice it up and pour it all into a baked pie crust. The result is creamy and juicy, yet crisp at the same time! A real fresh delight. I advise you to prepare it the day before so that it is cold and to serve it with a lime whipped cream...
