Voilà l’un de mes voyages&nbsp;culinaires&nbsp;que je préfère, celui de Pékin! Il y a tellement de choses à découvrir, allant du pire au meilleur, cette ville est tellement riche culturellement et d’un point de vue gastronomique qu’il est impossible d’en faire le tour entièrement sur un site… Au programme de notre voyage culinaire, des marchés de rues, des vendeurs ambulants, des restaurants hors du temps et le délicieux canard laqué.&nbsp;</div>

J’ai essayé plusieurs endroits à Pékin et c’est toujours avec un grand plaisir gustatif que j’en découvre de nouveaux! Le canard laqué&nbsp;nécessite entre 24 et 48 heures de préparation avant de le manger. On doit d’abord soulever la peau du canard en pratiquant une incision au niveau du croupion puis en soufflant. Le canard est ensuite enduit d’une marinade composée de miel et de sauce de soja. On le laisse ensuite sécher à l’air libre pendant une ou deux journées avant de le cuire dans un four au feu de bois.&nbsp;</i></div>
