Here is my recipe for salted butter caramel sauce. Once you've plunged your finger into it, it's impossible not to become completely addicted! I use this sauce mainly to put it in hot pancakes. It is made in less than 15 minutes and can be stored in a jam jar. I adjusted the proportions so that it has a very soft consistency at room temperature, but deliciously runny and smooth when warmed up. So all to your pots!
