I've been wanting to make blueberry tarts for a while, but I wanted to add an unexpected ingredient. I really searched and then I saw my jar of sage that I never use enough. I wondered what the mix would be like, but it turned out great! The sage and blueberry mixture gives something reminiscent of violets. With a sweet hazelnut pastry and a hazelnut cream with blueberry jam, these tarts have everything to please!
