- 185g of cane sugar
- 1 egg
- 180g fat (butter or margarine, see below)
- 230g of oatmeal
- 230g of flour T55
- zest of one orange
- 135g of milk chocolate in pieces, chips or chunks
- 60g of milk chocolate for the decoration
You must obtain a cream.
Add flour and oats.
Add the orange zest.
Mix well.
Make 95g balls and flatten by hand.
Bake at 160°C for 17 minutes.
They remain fairly white and not overcooked in the center. It’s normal!
Melt the chocolate for the decoration.
Make a small cone out of parchment paper.
And pour the chocolate as you like.
