Mix to a creamy consistency, then add the eggs.
Then add the pistachio powder.
Crushed pistachios. If you can’t find any, you can use amarena cherries or a little more pistachio powder.
Finish with the flour and baking powder.
If you have any, add a few crushed pistachios on top.
Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
Turn out and cool on a rack.
You can store it in cling film to keep it soft!
