- 7-8 large white or yellow peaches
- 200g of sugar
- 165g of semi-salted butter
- 225g of flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of liquid vanilla
Cook for 5-7 minutes over moderate heat.
They will give back some juice, it’s perfect! Pour them into the dish.
Add flour, eggs and vanilla.
Bake for 35 minutes at 170°C. Adapt the cooking to your own oven!
