- 60g of full cream

- 500g of lead paste (or other pastes)
- 250g of ham cut into very thick slices and cubes
- 125g of grilled bacon
- 500g of cherry tomatoes

Pour in the oil. I weigh the container directly on the scale to add 250g of oil.
In a few seconds the sauce is ready! Pour it into a bowl.
Add freshly grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper.

Put the cherry tomatoes cut in half (washed).
Sliced pickles.
Peel and chop the avocados.
Mix one last time. It’s ready! Chill the salad until ready to serve.
