The end of year festivities are coming up, Christmas is almost here! I offer you a selection of festive recipes to delight your taste buds and your guests. Start by peeling the carrots.
Peel and cut the sweet potato half.
Place the onion cut in 4, carrots, potato, salt, pepper and broth in the casserole.
The vegetables are cooked just right!
Run the hand blender through the soup.
Add the cream and butter.
Then finally the spices.
Check the texture of the soup and its seasoning. Add a little water if necessary.
Peel and cut the carrot into 1mm thick slices.
Cut the slices into sticks and then into cubes.
Bring a small pot of salted water to a boil and add the carrot cubes.
Cook them for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, then drain them. Rinse with cold water to stop cooking.
All that’s left to do is to serve the soup very hot with the carrot cubes and a little spice…!
