Sorbet au Chocolat

  • Mettre l’eau et le sucre sur feu doux jusqu’à ébulittion.
  • Mettre le chocolat dans une jatte et verser le sirop bouillant dessus.
  • Bien mélanger et remettre sur le feu.
  • Faire bouillir de nouveau pendant 5 minutes. Le liquide va épaissir et prendre une apparence de chocolat chaud.
  • Laisser refroidir, puis stocker au réfrigérateur pendant au moins 3 heures. Placer le liquide en sorbetière. Verser le sorbet dans un bac puis stocker au congélateur. Au moment de l’utilisation, sortir le sorbet 20 minutes avant pour une onctuosité maximale!

A delicious recipe for chocolate sorbet, so without milk or cream, which has a delicious taste of cooked chocolate.
 

 
 

Recipe:

 
-600g of water
-220 of sugar
-220g of dark chocolate with 65% cocoa
 
 

Put water and sugar on low heat until boiling.

 
Put the chocolate in a bowl and pour the boiling syrup over it.
 
 
 
Mix well and return to the heat.
 





Boil again for 5 minutes. The liquid will thicken and take on a hot chocolate appearance.

 
Let cool, then store in refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Place the liquid in an ice cream maker. Pour the sorbet into a tray and store in the freezer. When using, take the sorbet out 20 minutes beforehand for maximum smoothness!
