Risotto with Boursin® and zucchini
I have a new recipe for you, this time in partnership with Boursin® with garlic and fine herbs. This risotto is absolutely delicious and creamy with simple ingredients. I added some hazelnuts for the crunchy texture and zucchini, but you can put in another vegetable while you wait for zucchini to be in full season. A very easy recipe and especially very tasty!
