Coral lentil and sweet potato hummus
Like a craving for sunshine on your plate? I recently made a big cold buffet for some friends, and I made this coral lentil and sweet potato hummus. A real delight that was a huge success! Everyone jumped on it. So yes, officially this is not a hummus because there are no chickpeas. But I think that today everyone understands hummus by its consistency and the fact that it is cooked pulses mixed with sesame puree. This one has quickly become one of my favorites! To do and do again this summer...
