Shrimp Fried Toasts
I remember as a child, my parents took me to a Chinese restaurant in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, the "Village Tao-Tao" (which still exists), and I remember very well that we then ordered these fried toasts with prawns whose I enjoyed myself. It's actually a Thai recipe and it's really a joy for me to make it again as part of my blog. A treat, quick to prepare. Extra-crispy toast, covered in golden sesame seeds, with a moist shrimp filling. Served with a sweet and spicy sauce at the same time, they will delight gourmets!
