Coulis de Framboises
On peut bien sûr utiliser des framboises surgelées plutôt que des fraiches. Autant garder les fraiches pour des recettes où elles restent entières.
Ingredients
Recette:
- 500 g de framboises
- 50 g d’eau
- 100 g sucre
Instructions
- Faire bouillir l’eau, le sucre et les framboises dans une casserole sur feu doux.
- A ébullition, retirer du feu puis passer au tamis pour récupérer uniquement le jus sans les pépins.
- A utiliser chaud ou froid!!

A simple and delicious coulis recipe.
You can of course use frozen raspberries instead of fresh ones. You might as well keep them fresh for recipes where they stay whole.
Recipe:
-500g of raspberries
-50g of water
-100g of sugar
Boil the water, sugar and raspberries in a saucepan over low heat.
When boiling, remove from heat then pass through a sieve to recover only the juice without the seeds.
Use hot or cold!!
