Chicken Coxinhas
If you have followed the "culinary journey: São Paulo" , you have therefore discovered the small "coxinhas", literal translation of "small thighs". It's pronounced "cochiniass" and they're easily found for sale in restaurants or for takeout on the streets in Brazil. They are deliciously filling but every time I go there, I ask for my chicken “coxinhas”!
